Refunds may be available for the following Jolshaghar services and subscriptions. Not all payments on Jolshaghar services and subscriptions are refundable. See below for details.

Things to know:

1. If you made a purchase using your iPhone or iPad, or signed up for a Jolshaghar paid membership via iTunes, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple support to request a refund. Apple’s refund policy will apply.

2. If you’d like to report an unauthorized purchase on your Jolshaghar account, visit this article for more information and file a claim.

Movie & show purchases or rentals
 
If you’re experiencing issues playing a movie or TV show that you’ve purchased, check out these troubleshooting steps for help.
 
If you haven't watched your show or movie, you can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.
 
Follow these steps on a computer:
1. Go to info@Jolshaghar.com
2. Click Request refund for the item that you would like refunded.
3. Click Request refund.
4. You will receive an email confirmation.
 
If you are not able to see the option to request a refund directly from this page or if the movie or show you rented or purchased is defective, unavailable, or doesn't perform as stated, you can get in touch with info@Jolshaghar.com to request a refund.
 
If a refund request is granted, we'll remove access to the content and your money will be returned within the refund timelines listed below.
 
If you purchased a TV show or movie via Apple, you'll need to contact Apple Support to request a refund. Apple's own refund policy will apply.
 
Jolshaghar Premium memberships

You may cancel a Jolshaghar paid membership at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Note that you won't be refunded for the period of time between when you cancel and when your membership officially ends.

If content or features related to your Jolshaghar paid membership are defective, unavailable, or do not perform as stated, you may info@Jolshaghar.com to request a refund at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially elapsed billing periods.

If you're a member who signed up via Apple, you’ll need to contact Apple support to request a refund for your membership. Apple’s refund policy will apply.
 
Chat
 
Chat voluntary payments are non-refundable. If you notice an unauthorized Chat charge on your account, please info@Jolshaghar.com.
 
If you purchased a Chat on an iOS device, you'll need to contact Apple Support to request a refund. Apple's own refund policy will apply.
 
Stickers

Sticker voluntary payments are non-refundable. If you notice an unauthorized Sticker charge on your account, please get in touch with info@Jolshaghar.com.

Channel memberships
 
You may cancel your paid channel membership at any time. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again. Note that you won't be refunded for the period of time between when you cancel and when your channel membership officially ends.

If you notice an unauthorized channel memberships charge on your account, follow these steps to report the unauthorized charge. If perks or other features of your paid channel membership are defective, unavailable, or do not perform as stated, you may visit info@Jolshaghar.com to request a refund at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially elapsed billing periods.

If you're a member who signed up via Apple, you’ll need to contact Apple support to request a refund for your paid channel membership. Apple’s refund policy will apply.
 
Refund timelines

Refunds from Jolshaghar are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.
 
If your refund is taking longer than expected, check your refund status on your Jolshaghar account. If the status is "Refunded," you'll see a credit on your form of payment. If the status is "Canceled," the order was never charged and you will not see a credit on your form of payment.

3–5 business days
Processing time may be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. To recover funds, get in touch with the bank.

  Direct carrier billing (prepaid / pay-  as-you-go)

1–30 business days
Processing time may be affected by your carrier and sometimes takes longer.

Direct carrier billing (postpaid / contract)

1–2 monthly statements
Processing time may be affected by your carrier, but refunds will usually appear within 2 monthly billing statements. If it takes longer, get in touch with your carrier to check the status.
Online Banking 4–10 business days
Processing time depends on your bank, but typically takes from 4 through 10 business days.
PayPal 3–5 business days
Refunds can take up to 10 business days. If you're returning the money to a payment method within PayPal, get in touch with PayPal for more information.
iTunes If you purchased your YouTube Premium membership using iTunes, you'll need to get in touch with Apple support for the status of your refund.
Unified Payments Interface (India only) 3 business days
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) refunds appear in your bank account.
